Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Artificial General Intelligence Foundations, AWS

Adam led inference for Amazon’s Nova image and video generation models — the backbone of AWS’s generative AI offerings. Previously a Quantitative Analyst at Thalesians London and lecturer at The Machine Learning Institute. Adam studied for a PhD in Pure Mathematics from Cambridge and a Master’s from Warsaw. His work sits at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and real-world scalability — making him uniquely qualified to explain how AI is built, deployed, and monetised.

Dr. Tomasz Godziek

Head of Thematic Equities & Lead Portfolio Manager, J. Safra Sarasin Sustainable Asset Management

Tomasz manages the JSS Tech Disruptors Fund and oversees the firm’s thematic equity strategies — including Future Health, Green Planet, and Strategic Materials. With a doctorate in active equity portfolio management and three Master’s degrees, he combines deep fundamental analysis with data science to identify tomorrow’s market leaders.
